Refreshing Mint: Mint leaves add a crisp, refreshing flavour, aid digestion, and improve mental clarity. It’s an excellent way to wake up both your mind and body.

Packed with Antioxidants: Matcha is a powerhouse of antioxidants, particularly catechins, which help fight free radicals and support overall health.

Mood-Boosting: Both matcha and mint are known for their mood-enhancing properties. They create a harmonious blend that uplifts your spirits and prepares you to tackle the day.

Versatile: Enjoy it hot for a cozy morning ritual or iced for a refreshing midday pick-me-up.

Tips for the Perfect Cup

Choose High-Quality Matcha: Look for ceremonial-grade matcha for the best flavor and nutritional benefits.

Don’t Overheat the Water: Matcha can become bitter if prepared with boiling water. Stick to 175°F (80°C) for the best taste.

Experiment with Add-Ins: Add a splash of almond milk for creaminess or a squeeze of lemon for a citrusy twist.
