How to Make Lemon Thyme Herbal Tea

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons fresh lemon thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 cup boiling water

1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

1-2 slices of lemon (optional)

Instructions:

Rinse the fresh lemon thyme leaves under cool water to remove any dirt or debris.

Place the leaves in a tea infuser or directly into a heatproof mug.

Pour boiling water over the leaves and let the tea steep for about 5–7 minutes.

If using fresh leaves, gently bruise them with a spoon to release more flavor.

Strain the tea into another cup if necessary.

Add honey or sweetener if desired, and garnish with a slice of lemon for extra citrus flavor.
