How to Make Parsley Tea

Parsley is more than just a garnish for your favourite dishes—it’s a powerhouse of nutrients and has been used in herbal medicine for centuries. One of the easiest ways to enjoy its benefits is by making a simple cup of parsley tea.

Parsley can be easily grown in pots on your windowsill or deck for a fresh supply year-round. I grow it as part of my mini herb garden on my deck every summer and then move some plants into pots to grow indoors during the winter.
