Health Benefits of Oranges and Spices

Oranges are packed with vitamin C, essential for a healthy immune system. Fresh orange juice is a common remedy for a cold or sore throat.

Oranges also contain antioxidants, which help combat free radicals and reduce inflammation. The natural sweetness of oranges can also help improve mood and provide a gentle energy boost.

Cinnamon is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and its ability to help regulate blood sugar levels. It also has antioxidants that contribute to overall health and wellness.

Cinnamon’s warming effect is perfect for a cozy tea blend.

Cloves are another spice with powerful health benefits. They have antimicrobial properties, which can help protect against infections and aid digestion.

Ginger is renowned for its digestive benefits and its ability to reduce nausea. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and can help to boost the immune system. The slight spiciness of ginger adds a kick to the tea.

1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced

Honey or sugar to taste (optional)

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
